Hey there soul family,

I’m Michy Pepper Spiritual Psychology Mentor fiercely living my inner child’s dream, honoring the wisdom of my highest self.

Balancing playfulness and wisdom is a spiritual practice…

It allows us to fulfill our hunger and curiosity for healing wisdom and growth while reminding ourselves that we’re spirits having a human experience.

While today I am in a divine place of balancing my playful inner child and her love of color and travel while constantly growing my wisdom as a spiritual practitioner, it wasn’t always like this for me.

I know how it feels to know deep down that your soul is calling for more but to be too afraid to listen to the call. Of being fearful of becoming like those who trigger you the most. Of being deeply afraid of allowing my past to run my present. Of numbing pain with substances rather than facing it head-on and healing it.

My love, I want you to know that it’s possible to come back to your essential nature. It’s possible to become your own best healer. I had to become my own best healer to be able to hold space the way that I do as a Spiritual Psychology mentor. This is my story…

Meet Little Me…

Befriending the trees out her window, creating stories about the raindrops racing down the pane… little Michy’s inner world was rich with creativity and imagination….

I love Little Me - she is a survivor, finding ways to create and explore even through the darkest moments of my rocky childhood. In a matter of a couple of years, I was diagnosed with a learning disability, my mom was diagnosed bipolar, my parents got divorced and I began being raised by nannies. Let’s just say my home environment was rarely peaceful…

Yet, I wouldn’t change a moment of it.

I learned how to deeply hold space for someone in their darkest hours. I learned how to create my own inner world that could nourish and give me solstice, with the help of nature to ground me. I learned how to befriend Little Me. I learned how to truly listen.

I know that my experience just makes me even more qualified to do the work I do today.

First Came College…

When I went to college, I entered a phase of deeply questioning who I was. I struggled to keep up with school, befriended the party crowd, and was constantly feeling like I was juggling the identities of the studious image I wanted to portray with the free-spirited party animal that was also coming out.

It wasn’t until most of my friends studied abroad that I had the time to really question who I was and wanted to be. I went on a lot of solo hikes, read a lot of books, and really questioned things.

This led me to eventually study Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica, where I was absolutely in awe of this world of science and spirituality working together in such harmony. While academic study had been a struggle for my entire life, I was now able to grasp concepts with incredible ease. I knew I’d found my calling.

Then Came Travel…

By the end of my time at USM, a couple of challenging heartbreaks and life lessons later, I realized that I was in complete control of my reality. I loved the work I was doing, but I knew there was something missing. I began to work with mentors who made it clear that I could live my soul-aligned life, fulfilling my purpose, and travel the world at the same time.

I ended up buying a one-way ticket to Bali, and the second I booked it, my whole body felt light, excited and full of life. For the first time in my entire life, I didn’t have a plan. Bali was the first stop, but the wind could take me wherever I wanted to go (which ended up being Australia and India to begin...)

Today: Balancing Playfulness + Wisdom

Today, I’m dedicated to living my life honoring the two sides of my essence: my Little Me, and my 85-year old self, and I know and trust that I’m making them proud! I let my inner child feel seen by wearing colorful clothing and booking the coolest Air BnBs as I travel nomadically throughout the world. I honor my 85-year old self by constantly growing and connecting with my highest self. Balancing the playfulness and wisdom of our spiritual experience here on earth is what I’m here to bring to you in our work together.

"Working with Michelle has completely transformed my life. Through our sessions, I have healed wounds from childhood trauma, learned how to connect with my authentic self, and have obtained a new spiritual perspective on life. In addition, I have gained confidence in my abilities which have allowed me to pursue my passions freely. This work has enabled me to better my inner and outer self. I would 100% recommend others to work with Michelle, she is truly a light in this world!” -Megan Aro

"Receiving soul-work from Michelle has been very helpful for me throughout our time together because it has held me accountable. Knowing that I will be going over the work with her the next session pushes me to do it, and I have benefited from this. The meditations and journal prompts have been very healing, and are now just normal additions to my daily routine." - Samantha Whitehead

“Working with Michelle has helped me become the best version of myself. Michelle's approach has helped me heal childhood traumas, break free from limiting beliefs, come to conclusions on what is true for me, and implement healthy boundaries for myself. I truly feel that my life has changed from working with Michelle and I have a whole new perspective on life. Michelle provides a safe space to heal and I am so grateful for her! Michelle has created personalized meditations for specific topics that I am working on and they have been key to my journey. - Grace

"Four of my friends started working with her after me! Working with Michelle is so unbelievably grounding and transformative. I felt as though the tools I have had for years (such as meditation and inner-child healing) were finally being integrated. The biggest shift for me from working with Michelle is the forgiveness and self-compassion that I developed. Michelle taught me how to be actively gentle with myself. Michelle was constantly a cheerleader, and I knew she never ever was bs'ing with how much she believed in me. She also always held me accountable, and every time we would meet again, she would remember everything I had mentioned in prior sessions. Thanks to Michelle, I now wholeheartedly believe in myself and my gifts. And I now have the tangible, actionable steps to share my gifts with the world. I absolutely would recommend her to others!" -Meredith Pazol

"Until a person can deeply and honestly say, 'I am what I am today because of the choices I made yesterday, 'that person cannot say, 'I choose otherwise."
